MM+M has unveiled its 2022 class of 40 Under 40, a program that celebrates the industry’s brightest and most accomplished young leaders. Among them: Blake Shewey, President of SNOW.
In May 2021, Snow Companies promoted Blake Shewey to the role of President. Her responsibilities touch all departments and every one of SNOW’s almost 400 employees. In addition, Blake plays a pivotal role in the agency’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and Omnicom Health Group’s larger leadership team.
Blake has dedicated her entire career to patients. Prior to joining the C-Suite, she has earned a reputation as an excellent manager within SNOW, delivering favorable outcomes for clients and nurturing her team members’ careers in the process.
Blake is an authentic, caring human being—a characteristic that doesn’t change when she’s at work or off the job: Over the years, she has made personal connections with a lot of patients, and also offered up help outside of her professional role.
Her creativity is evident in unconventional, consistently game-changing ideas she brings to the table. At the same time, Blake also encourages her colleagues to thrive; she is inspired by their brilliance and ensures credit is given where it is due.
Blake firmly believes that motivation hinges on connecting people with their purpose and on reminding people how their work impacts the big picture: How it empowers people, how it lets people know they are not alone in their journey, and how it gives them a sense of control back by reminding them that they always have a choice.
Congratulations, Blake, on this well-deserved honor!
